Coletara Development’s management team have been involved in land development and construction throughout Southern Ontario for over 25 years, with the scope of our services ranging from single family residences and townhomes to thriving communities of midrise and highrise condominiums. Our Team

Coletara Development is comprised of a team of talented individuals, each dedicated to excellence in their field of expertise.

Our Real Estate Division specializes in asset valuation, contract compilation, marketing and sales. In each of our on-site sales centres you will find experienced sales representatives ready to address all inquiries and concerns of our clients.

Coletara Development’s Land Division professionals offer an acute knowledge in all areas of land development, including site selection, feasibility analysis, zoning, site planning and Ontario Municipal Board appeals.

Our Construction Division oversees project design, cost estimating, value engineering, contract tendering, project management, post-sales service, as well as interaction with architects and engineers throughout the tenure of a project.

Financial structuring, feasibility analysis, accounting principles and cost tracking are all dealt with through our Financial Department.

Coletara Development’s success is a result of strong communication skills and a collaborative approach among each of these divisions.
